HAVING A TATTOO? COMMON QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK

If you would love to get inked but you are a little scared because you don’t know very much about tattoos, you might very well find the answers to the questions you most want to ask right here in this article. In it, we are going to look at a few of the most common questions we are asked by new customers, along with the answers of course!

A First Tattoo for Aurora Residents and People Living Elsewhere in the GTA

Whether you live nearby or a considerable distance from our shop, we hope that you find the information in this guide to be of some use. So, without further ado, let’s dive right into the questions.

  1. Is it Safe? – This is probably the question that we hear the most from people who have yet to have their first experience in a tattoo parlour and the answer depends very much on where you go and who performs the work. If you want a tattoo in Aurora or nearby, you can visit a shop such as ours, where being inked is 100% safe. In short, as long as you choose an experienced professional, who uses clean needles for each and every customer, you will be fine.
  2. How Much Will It Cost? – Unfortunately, this is a very difficult question to answer because the cost of a tattoo depends on the size and the intricacy of the design. A small, simple design will probably cost around $100 or less whereas a more ambitions design could cost significantly more.
  3. Will it Hurt? – Another very common question and an understandable concern given the fact that needles are involved. Whilst it may have been quite painful to be tattooed in the past, the modern equipment used by artists today has helped to make it a relatively pain free experience. Having a tattoo in Aurora or anywhere else in the Greater Toronto Area may involve a degree of discomfort but we would not go so far as to call it a painful procedure nowadays.
  4. Will It Deteriorate with Age? – Although the extent of the deterioration will depend on where exactly your tattoo is located, you can expect the colours to fade over the years and the design to look a little less clear after a period of time. However, talented artists can re-ink existing tattoos to make them look as good as new so there is no need to worry that your brand new inking will be an embarrassment in later life.
